Deepak Agrawal
Partner
Deepak is an experienced real estate investor with $30M
+ assets under management. He has 25 years of real estate experience and has focused on cash flow investing to create significant passive income. Deepak is an Theoretical Computer Scientist by training. He has deep experience leading HCIT systems architecture at many of the leading healthcare insurers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna. He applies that experience when identifying and underwriting investment opportunities and markets.
Deepak is the classic immigrant story that can only happen in America. He was born in India, and immigrated to the USA in the mid 70s. Having grown up in Chicago, he pursued his passion for Engineering and Computer Science at UIC and NIU. Afterwards went into IT consulting at E&Y and various tier-1 firms. Eventually he founded his own IT consulting firm specialized in HCIT services to BCBS organizations across the US.

Deepak diversified into real estate investing in the early 90s and now also manages a family office of over 40+ properties in Chicago.
